Position: Catering Assistant
Advantages:
The overall living conditions are subpar. In my experience across various workplaces, my cabin was regularly cleaned on a weekly basis, along with a change of bed linen. Unfortunately, this was not the case here, as one must actively remind the crew to ensure proper cleaning and linen changes.
Disadvantages:
There are significant shortcomings in the quality of the accommodation, leaving much to be desired for seafarers looking for more comfortable living spaces.
