On June 9, 2019, the container ship 'Tian Fu He' encountered difficulties while entering the Port of Qinzhou, having traveled from Zhanjiang. This Cosco-operated vessel has remained stranded as of June 12, prompting urgent refloating efforts. Specialized vessels including 'Guang Xishih Huatuo 1' and 'Hai Wei Gong 887' have been deployed alongside the 'Tian Fu He' to assist in the operation. Additionally, the Beibu Gulf Port Group, which manages Qingzhou Port, has initiated plans to dredge the navigation channel to facilitate the vessel's safe return to service.
