Container Ship Vantage Cleared from Quarantine in Hong Kong

The container vessel 'Vantage' has been released from its quarantine status at Hong Kong Anchorage, China, after receiving a clean bill of health for its crew. The ship had been isolated following the positive COVID-19 test results of one or more crew members shortly after its arrival from Singapore on July 12. During its quarantine, the vessel was anchored at coordinates 22 10 34N, 114 03 48E, approximately 8.4 miles from Hong Kong. On July 28 at 8 a.m., the 'Vantage' departed the quarantine anchorage and set sail for Yantian, with an expected time of arrival at 10:30 a.m.
