Bosphorus Incident: 'Amis Dolphin' Faces Engine Failure

Jul 27, 2019 21:53

On July 25, 2019, at approximately 12:30 PM, the cargo ship 'Amis Dolphin', which was traveling from Chornomorsk to Rostock, encountered a significant engine failure near Anadolufeneri point in the Bosphorus. The vessel began to drift perilously towards the shoreline. Fortunately, the Coastal Safety tug 'Kurtarma 3' quickly arrived on the scene to aid the 'Amis Dolphin' and ensure the safety of navigation in the strait.
