The vessel came across a capsized migrant boat located at coordinates 34°29'00"N, 27°19'00"E. Demonstrating remarkable bravery and compassion, the crew of the 'Aral' successfully rescued 31 migrants. After the rescue, the survivors were safely disembarked on July 23 in Yerapetra. Once the delivery formalities were completed, the tanker continued its voyage later that evening.
