However, the company estimates a book loss of roughly $3.5 million in Q4 2017 due to the sale, primarily linked to the DHT Eagle. Post-sale, DHT's fleet of VLCCs will have an average age of 6.1 years, reflecting the company's ongoing fleet renewal strategy. DHT Holdings remains well-positioned in the market, boasting a solid balance sheet, a fleet of high-quality vessels, competitive cost structures, and favorable time charter contracts.
