Unfortunately, at around 1 a.m., approximately 14 miles from Milford Haven's entrance, the trawler collided with the tanker, resulting in significant damage to the "Sea Transport" but thankfully no injuries or pollution. During sentencing, the court took into account Demeester's commendable character, his cooperation with the Maritime and Coastguard Agency, and his prompt admission of guilt.
