Anchor Incident In Schouwenbank Anchorage Involves 'Levana'

On December 15, 2019, the ship 'Levana' experienced an unfortunate incident at Schouwenbank Anchorage, resulting in the loss of its starboard-side anchor. This mishap was attributed to challenging weather conditions affecting the area. The coordinates of the lost anchor are recorded at 51° 44' 01" N and 003° 14' 06" E. In addition to the anchor, three shackles were also reported lost during the event. The 'Levana' had commenced its journey from Slagen on December 12 and successfully docked at the Petrol Refinery in Dock 5, Antwerp, at 8 a.m. on December 15.
