On the evening of September 18, 2015, a 54-year-old man aboard the vessel 'Canadian Highway' required urgent medical attention approximately 100 miles southeast of Freeport. At around 9:30 p.m., the vessel's crew reached out to the Sector Houston-Galveston watchstanders, reporting that one of their members was possibly experiencing a stroke.
