The MV COSCO Tengfei officially began operations following its departure from Waigaoqiao port in Shanghai’s Pudong New Area this past Saturday. According to prominent figures from China Ocean Shipping (Group) Co (COSCO), this innovative carrier is set to slash transportation costs significantly while minimizing carmakers' dependence on foreign logistics services. The MV COSCO Tengfei marks the second delivery of its kind, following the successful launch of the MV COSCO Shengshi earlier this year in February.
