On September 1, 2025, the tanker 'Diligent Star' was detained by the Paris MoU authorities in Naples after an extensive inspection unveiled seven notable deficiencies. Among these, four were deemed to pose serious risks, warranting the vessel's detention. The inspection examined critical areas of the ship, including accommodations, the galley, ballast tanks, the cargo area, engine room, and navigation bridge. After resolving the outlined issues, the 'Diligent Star' made her departure from Naples on September 3, heading towards Vasto, where she successfully arrived on September 6.

On the morning of October 2, 2023, the tanker 'Ginga Hawk', while traveling from Istanbul to Ravenna, successfully rescued a group of 56 migrants in the Adriatic Sea, comprising 43 men, 6 women, and 7 children, all of whom were reported to be in good health. The rescue operation took place off the coast of Igoumenitsa, where the migrants were safely disembarked with the support of the Greek vessel 'Thyella'. Following the disembarkation, the Central Port Authority of Igoumenitsa initiated an investigation into the matter. Authorities identified and apprehended three individuals aboard the sailboat, suspected of facilitating the dangerous journey of the migrants from Turkey to Italy.
