This vessel, owned by Elmira-controlled Marigold MAI Enterprises, is embroiled in a more substantial financial conflict, with a claim amounting to $14.5 million cited by RBS due to the company's failure to fulfill mortgage obligations. The legal challenges for Elmira continued earlier in August when the "Liquid Silver" was arrested in Singapore on August 5. RBS made a robust claim of $12.26 million against this vessel due to similar default issues.
