On March 15th, Groen, an esteemed offshore shipping company, proudly unveiled its newest safety and standby vessel, the ‘Linde-G’, at a ceremonial christening held in the scenic port of Scheveningen. This state-of-the-art vessel, measuring 42 meters in length, was expertly constructed at Nauta shipyard located in Gdynia, Poland. Designed with safety in mind, the ‘Linde-G’ boasts the capacity to accommodate up to 125 survivors. In addition to its primary role in safety operations, this versatile ship is equipped for supply duties and firefighting missions. Notably, the ‘Linde-G’ features advanced propulsion technology with eco-friendly engines that meet the stringent IMO Tier standards. Furthermore, to enhance its rescue capabilities, the vessel is outfitted with a fast rescue craft capable of swiftly deploying to assist up to 15 individuals in distress.
