This company is helmed by Rakesh Shankarlal Tulshyan, the proprietor of Wirana Shipping Corporation based in Singapore. The repair services at the Batam facility were rendered from December 13, 2015, to March 21, 2016. Although partial payments were made for these services, several outstanding charges went unpaid. RS Marine Investments Pte. Ltd has not settled the remaining balances despite multiple reminders. As a result, PT Batamec felt compelled to pursue legal remedies to recover the owed funds.
