On July 18, salvage teams successfully refloated the bulk carrier 'Hakata Queen.' The vessel is now en route to Frederikshavn, where it is expected to anchor for a necessary diving inspection. This survey may take place either in the evening of July 18 or on July 19. Should the ship pass the seaworthiness assessment, it could resume its journey to Gdansk. As of July 16, the bulk carrier 'Hakata Queen' remains stranded approximately 15 nautical miles south of Læsø and 12 miles east of Hals in Aalborg Bay. The vessel ran aground on July 15 at 4 a.m. Local reports indicate that the salvage vessel 'Mette Miljø' departed the site around 5 p.m. after thorough checks confirmed that no pollution was detected in the area, and it proceeded to port in Hals.
