The vessel signaled for urgent medical assistance and coordinated a medevac at Kilyos Anchorage. A lifeboat, named 'Kiyem 8', was dispatched to the scene to transport medical personnel to the 'Wei Feng'. They successfully carried out the evacuation of the affected crew member, who was then promptly transferred to medical teams stationed at Türkeli Lighthouse for further treatment.
