The 'Rioo Napo' has a history of transporting Iranian naphtha to the UAE, further implicating its involvement in the sanctioned activities. Additionally, the 'Tonil,' a tanker known for evading sanctions and carrying vast amounts of Iranian oil, is also under scrutiny. It is owned and managed by the now-sanctioned Ukrainian Lightship Management Ltd. Furthermore, Indian Tightship Shipping Management (OPC) Private Ltd., another entity that has been sanctioned, plays a role in managing the operations of the 'Tonil.' This comprehensive set of sanctions marks a critical effort to address the ongoing threat posed by Iran's activities in the region.
