The vessels involved in this transaction are the Milaha Ras Laffan, built in 2004 with a capacity of 138,273 cbm, and the Milaha Qatar, constructed in 2006 with a larger capacity of 145,602 cbm. Both ships are currently under 25-year timecharters with RasGas, with 14 years and 16 years remaining on their respective contracts.
