On the night of March 25, 2020, a maritime incident occurred in the port of Rostov-on-Don involving the Russian cargo vessel m/v 'Delta' (IMO 1234567), weighing 2,463 gt, and the tugboat 'Balt Flot 14'. The mishap unfolded as the 'Delta' was maneuvering to depart from its berth towards Kavkaz. The 'Balt Flot 14', which had docked in Rostov-on-Don after arriving from Istanbul on March 24, sustained minor damages due to the collision.
