Tugboat and Cargo Vessel Collide While Unmooring in Tilbury
On January 9 at 4:20 PM, the cargo ship "Morning Glory" was involved in a collision with the assisting tugboat "Svitzer Anglia" while maneuvering to unmoor in Tilbury. The "Morning Glory" was preparing for its voyage to Le Havre. The incident resulted in damage to the tug's mast and a bent starboard exhaust, though fortunately, no injuries were reported. The cargo vessel successfully docked at the port of Le Havre the following morning, January 10.
