On the morning of July 17, 2020, a tragic incident unfolded at the Pajaritos Oil Terminal in the Gulf of Mexico when the Mexican work boat, 'Pemex 365,' capsized while unmooring the crude oil tanker 'Sea Vine.' The vessel was in the process of departing for Port Arthur when strong currents created by the propellers of two assisting tugboats pushed 'Pemex 365' toward the pier, causing it to collide and ultimately sink. Out of the nine crew members aboard, seven were successfully rescued, but unfortunately, two remain unaccounted for. The 'Sea Vine' continued its journey, scheduled to arrive at Port Arthur by July 19 at 7:30 p.m.

A fresh charter has been successfully established for a Kawasaki vessel, designated for transporting 30,000 tons of dirty cargo. The vessel is set to operate between her loading port and Hong Kong, with the transaction valued at a significant lump sum of $285,000. This charter arrangement was finalized on September 17, under the auspices of Chimbusco, marking another strategic move in maritime logistics.
