Navios Maritime has strategically executed multiple sale and leaseback arrangements involving their fleet of Korean vessels. Furthermore, the deal includes three MR2 tankers: ‘Bougainville’ (IMO 51/2013 Stx), ‘Nave Equator’ (IMO 50/2009 Spp), and ‘Nave Pyxis’ (IMO 50/2014 Dae Sun). This fleet was sold en bloc for an impressive USD 90.8 million to Chinese buyers, who have opted for an average time charter backing of 6.4 years, showcasing a robust investment in maritime assets.
