On February 24, 2014, at 6:30 p.m., the tanker 'Sten Aurora' faced an unexpected challenge when its propeller became entangled in booms while anchored at Murmansk port, as reported by odin.tc. The vessel, which was operating in ballast, was positioned on the Northern road for a scheduled ship-to-ship transfer with the Russian tanker 'Enisey' (IMO: 9585273). Despite the unfolding incident, the transfer operation continued as planned. To resolve the situation, divers were summoned to assist in clearing the propeller obstruction.
