On July 5, 2020, the cargo vessel 'Ourania Luck' encountered a significant mishap when it ran aground on the Paraná River in the General Lagos region at approximately 1:30 a.m. The ship, laden with a cargo of maize and navigating downstream from San Lorenzo, obstructed the vital fairway of the river, causing a complete halt to traffic in the vicinity.
