This significant reward indicates a heightened urgency, with connections to the vessel's former identity revealing intensified private and potentially state-supported endeavors to locate these ghost ships. These vessels have become notorious for circumventing international sanctions, thereby enabling the continuous flow of energy revenues for nations like Russia and Iran.
