On November 6, 2018, a mishap occurred at the Balboa Container Terminal in Panama City when three containers fell from the docked container ship 'Charlotte Maersk'. The ship had just arrived from Lazaro Cardenas on the same day. Two of the containers landed on the foreship of the bunker tanker 'Kollum', which was positioned alongside for refueling operations, resulting in some damages to the vessel.
