This strategic investment was disclosed in a recent filing with the Korea Exchange. The newly acquired vessel, named HF Pioneer, is set to be operated under a Bareboat Charter Hire Purchase (BBC-HP) arrangement starting from April 30, 2015. This addition reinforces Heung-A Shipping's commitment to enhancing its operational capabilities in the chemical transportation sector.
